6) Orders referred through Affiliate sites that intentionally or unintentionally attempt to fraud will be refused. Furthermore, if reasonable grounds are established where an Affiliate or site is misrepresenting, diluting, tarnishing or blurring the brand, trademark or services of Action-HQ, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Affiliate with immediate effect and retain any commission funds within his/her account obtained through such fraudulent activities.
