2) Affiliate commissions are based on the product total of the order and does
not include insurance or shipping charges.
3) Affiliate commissions are applicable to all products on our site including

4) Orders that contain a Preorder item(s), where the order transaction cannot
be completed within 30 days, are ineligible for commissions.
5) Action-HQ.com reserves the right to refuse anyone from becoming an Affiliate
of our Network.
6) Orders referred through Affiliate sites that intentionally or unintentionally
attempt to fraud will be refused. Furthermore, if reasonable grounds are established
where an Affiliate or site is misrepresenting, diluting, tarnishing or blurring
the brand, trademark or services of Action-HQ, the Company reserves the right to terminate
such Affiliate with immediate effect and retain any commission funds within
his/her account obtained through such fraudulent activities.
