PREORDERS

Action-HQ.com offers customers the ability to preorder certain items/promotions. This enables us to arrange ahead of time with manufacturers/distributors to have enough in stock to meet demand. How this benefits you:

- Get our best price when the item is released. (We only preorder based on demand and once we sell out, it will likely cost us more to restock. Sometimes we even sell through our preorder quantities!)
- Reserve yours early so you do not miss out. (Sometimes manufacturers/distributors will reduce preorders if there is not enough available stock.)

As collectors ourselves, we look at preordering as the ultimate convenience to the collector, and we strive to ensure that all preorders are filled. However, preorders are NEVER 100% guaranteed for various reasons and we will not charge until around 1-2 weeks in advance of delivery to start the fulfillment process and to confirm your order. If, for unforeseen reasons, we are unable to fill your preorder after billing you, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

If you are interested in using PayPal for payment for a preorder item, please submit your advance payment during checkout or go to our Contact Us page and send an email to Request for manual reservation.

You may not cancel your preorder items after they have arrived into our warehouse, though you may cancel them beforehand. By placing a preorder, you agree to abide by these TERMS.

PREORDERS AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

If you choose to include "in-stock" items along with your preorder items and with different release dates in one order, we will most likely charge you for the items that are in stock first including the total shipping cost and send that to you. Once the preorder items become available, we will charge you for those and ship accordingly. We suggest that you place in-stock items and preorder items in separate orders for easier processing.

For PayPal orders, you are welcome to make full advance payment for your in-stock and preorder items. However if you do not want to make advance payment, please place your orders separately.

SHIPPING

To calculate your shipping cost for items you want to purchase, please register with our website and add the items into our shipping cart and select the country or region. Please do this before you Contact US with questions regarding shipping cost.

Action-HQ.com works with Hong Kong Post, our designated carrier, to provide the most economical shipping rates, while giving you, our customers, all the options you deserve. Please note that all rates are calculated in US Dollars by a combination of weight and size, and includes a handling fee.

SHIPPING SERVICE:
- Registered Mail or Parcel Post (7-10 working days; but sometimes up to 30 days depending on customs)
- Express Mail Service (EMS) (3-4 working days)
- Federal Express (For customers with their own Federal Express accounts. Charges will be billed to recipient.) This will be a manual adjustment to your shipping amount. Email us via our Contact Us page under the Order Inquiry topic.

All items, no matter your shipping choice, are packed safely and carefully by our trained fulfillment staff and packages are registered with Hong Kong Post. All orders require signature for receipt. Please be aware of this when using P.O. Box for your shipping address.

TRACING/TRACKING ORDERS: You can trace or track your registered mail, parcel post and EMS order at http://www.hongkongpost.com. If you have not received your order in the previously mentioned time frame including availability and shipping schedule, please email us in the Contact Us page under Order Processing.

INSURANCE: Though very rare, packages do get lost. There is a flat $5 charge if you choose to insure your order up to USD1,000. This is an option available to you and it is your responsibility to purchase it if you so desire. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE IF YOUR ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL OR IF IT GETS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT (UNLESS WE PACKED IT INCORRECTLY). By placing your order with us, you agree to abide by this TERM.

CUSTOMS TAX: Please note that a number of countries require you to pay a customs tax. This tax is charged by your home country and NOT Action-HQ. Please contact your local post office and ask if there is one and how it is calculated before you order. All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. USA does not have a customs tax for retail orders.
