to the customer and their purchase ends at the time the employed shipping courier
accepts that packaged order from Action-HQ.com's premises. All customers have
the option of purchasing insurance and/or registered mail, which is the only
way to fully protect their purchase if it is lost during transit. Packages lost
during mail transit will not be reimbursed unless they have been insured and
have used registered mail, and only then will customers be able to make a claim
via the Hong Kong Post Office. Unless the customer elects insurance, however,
the Post Office also does not provide refunds if a package or packages become
lost in the mail.

us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
