Once ActionHQ has received your information and your application has been approved, you will be included in our mailing list of wholesale products. In this list, you will find recent items as well as products for preorders 3-4 months before official release date. Place your orders early as products are allocated on a first come, first serve basis! NOTE: In majority of the cases, you need to place your order before the deadline date 3-4 months in advance to get the best discount wholesale price.

Pay by wire transfer and/or credit card
Our buying program is the industry standard pay-as-you-go method of buying wholesale. Orders are not payable until 7 days before or until the items are in stock. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card. If payment is made by wire transfer, the shipping will be charged separately to your credit card when your order is shipped out. For credit card payment, the product and shipping charges might be in separate transactions.

* Wholesale Notes:
- No minimum order amount! Minimum quantities are usually by the case or half case, exceptions may be made for big ticket items.
- Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. High-in-demand items may sometimes be allocated.
- Payment by wire transfer (with transaction fees paid by buyer including USD10 for wire payment receipt fee), credit card +4% or Paypal +4%.
- If payment is made by wire transfer, shipping charge might be settled by credit card as exact shipping amount cannot usually be determined until the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.
- Deposit is required for large orders.
- Shipping is not included in the price and will range from 5-15% of your total order depending on the product weight/size and the shipping service you choose.
- Shipping option by either Federal Express, express mail and air mail. Special express mail rate is available for shipments over 50kg per consignment. Orders can also be picked up by your designated forwarding agent in Hong Kong.
- All orders will be shipped in original packaged boxes provided by the manufacturer. We are not liable for any damages caused during transit. Additional exterior cartons are available for added protection at extra charge and with a 2-4 day delay.
